  • We will email and message  you the tracking number once your order is shipped and you can track the order.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Each ensemble is handcrafted with attention to detail, hard work and love. All Domestic deliveries typically take 8-10 business days, however if you need it on a particular date or have any queries please get in touch with us via email or phone. Additionally, we provide regular updates on the status of your orders. 

Q. What are the charges for domestic deliveries?
  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders across Delhi, NCR. Cash On Delivery orders will only be dispatched after customer confirmation call. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, COD charges are extra based on actuals.

Q. How can I edit my shipping address?
  • If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact our customer care at +91 9354246652  or email us info@iksentrik.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If you inform us late and the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to change the  shipping address.

Q. Do you ship Internationally?
  • Our website does not offer an international shipping option at the moment, if you do wish to place an order from outside of India please contact us via email or Instagram. Please note for all international shipping extra charges will apply (which you will be made aware of prior to confirming order). If customs and duty fees apply, the customer is responsible to pay the dues when contacted by appropriate authorities.
