RETURNS / EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

Thankyou for shopping with us. We are confident you will love your IK-SENTRIK outfit. However, if it isn’t quite right, we have a simple returns process for you to follow!

To initiate returns or exchanges, please contact us via email at info@ik-sentrik.com or call us at +91 9354246652 within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return/exchange due to sizing or fit, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all its labels and tags intact.

For pieces with defects on notice, please share images with us. If the return is approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1-2 business days.

Any product on sale is not eligible for return or exchange.
For returns/exchange of items that are not on sale - A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
In case the product does not fit you, you can exchange the same within 48 hours of receiving the product for a different size or a *credit note. Store credits are valid for 6 Months
Items must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please note that international orders ( ANY ORDER OUTSIDE OF INDIA) are not eligible for returns/exchanges, CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE FOR HELP.

Q. Why is my exchange not accepted?

Once the exchanged item is received by us at the warehouse, we will use this time to quality check each product thoroughly, ensure all tags are present and that the garment is in an acceptable and sellable condition. Please note that if your return is in an unsellable, used or altered condition, it will be returned back to you.
All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
